I said I would be forced to do it myself and he laughed... When I was finally leaving after my second visit because they did not properly complete the alignment he then said he would reset the mileage indicator... I was lead to believe that I caused the problem and would need to pay for the repair. I do not think that MINI USA should have had to get involved, but I do appreciate that everything was eventually taken care of.
