Jonathan Pierce is my service writer and he always takes care of me. The entire service department staff are dedicated, professional and kind people. They listen to your concerns and are thorough with repairs. The dealership offers a nice waiting area with snacks, hot beverages, WiFi, and television. As long as I own a MINI, Wesley Chapel BMW/MINI will be my go to for service and repairs.

I had a great experience with Andre and the whole staff of this dealership. We drove down from Jacksonville specifically because they had inventory other dealers didn't and I'm glad we did. We have been very pleased with the service and hospitality of this business. I like that our mechanic did a video of the service being done on the car and any recommendations he might have. My only suggestion is that I don't think they should charge me a surcharge to use my credit card. I think they should absorb that cost.

I was about to go on a journey from Sarasota to Los Angeles, when a warning light appeared on my mini. They kindly got me in as quickly as possible, they video’d the problems with the car to explain the issues and fixed them that day. I started on my journey on Tuesday rather than Sunday and had a lovely trip. I firmly believe I would’ve been stuck halfway across America had they not done such a good job, I’m home safely now and I’m very very grateful. I highly recommend them.

My 2015 Mini Convertible experienced an engine problem. They took me right in and quickly identified the problem. The repairs came in under estimate as the service advisor was careful to remove overlapping labor from the final bill. They also deleted the diagnostic charge which my previous mechanic does not do. They me transportation to and from home. They were friendly and professional. No upselling. A very pleasant experience. I only wish I had been using them all along.

This is a beautiful location. Easy to get to. The interior is very nice. The cars are well displayed. They have plenty of models and vehicles to choose from. The service department is clean and well. Lit has a nice waiting area. But, the prices are staggeringly high. The prices here are two to four times what I was paying for the same kinds of service in Atlanta. Great customer service. They do a complete Inspection of your vehicle, and videotape everything. I actually got there a little early and they started early. Didn’t make me wait just because I was early. A bit expensive but I think that’s because I have a mini Cooper and the oil is good for 10,000 miles.

Let me tell you I have had experiences buying a vehicle and it’s always nerve wracking but at Wesley Chapel they were very welcoming and helpful, my sales person Andre was very informative and knowledgeable on the vehicle I wanted. One of the better MINI dealerships. I have a much loved and driven 2002 MINI Copper S with nearly 300K miles. They are very good say getting you in quickly, often even same day, for service, though not as good at quick completion of said service. Though given my MINI's age, I know parts aren't as readily available.
