Jordan is my advisor, and twice now he has taken care of my service needs and both times he was outstanding. I have never felt that I am treated any different by having an older Mini than someone who has a 2020. Great place.
We have been going here for two years now and have had impeccable service every time. They haven't ever pushed us into something we didn't need. They have even saved us money by noticing something that was covered by our warrantee. Which is great!
In a recent yet unfortunate incident, someone hit my passenger side mirror causing the Mirror to forcefully rotate in and the glass to fall out. I came to this dealership to replace the glass and to be sure nothing else was broken with the housing for the mirror. The glass was $185, which I thought steep but I went with it because I wanted to be sure the part was from Mini and I got exactly what I needed. They didn't have the part in stock so they mailed it to my house within two days. I followed the instructions that they gave me and pop the mirror back in and tested it several times to make sure that it was good. All was well for about two months. One day I was driving along the road and noticed the mirror had fallen off. I was very adverse to paying another 185 for a replacement so I went to a salvage yard to see if I could find the part that I needed there. He sold me the mirror housing in the glass and told me that I needed to replace all of it. Long story short I ended up taking that replacement part from the salvage yard to this Mini dealership where they showed me that the part does not fit. After explaining my story to the Parts Manager, Adam and the Service Advisor Gerry they were able to warranty the lost/broken mirror and replace it for me. I also had a nice long chat with Sales guy named Jack Hammer (real name!) while I was waiting. It may be that it was a Wednesday and it wasn't extremely busy when I came but everyone has been so helpful here. This is the type of experience that keeps a customer happy and ready to buy again. Thank you all.
Mini of Wesley Chapel has an excellent service department led by a strong team of customer support personnel. I have been dealing with Jordan and his commitment to the customer has been outstanding! He has provided excellent service to me and my 2018 Countryman on every occasion.
